Shipping
We ship our goods via courier to ensure they arrive safely and intact.
Our shipping pricing is based on the number of jars you have ordered:
- Up to 4 small jars (1 box) - $12
- 5 - 8 small jars (1 box) - $14
- 9 - 16 small jars (2 boxes) - $25
- 17 - 24 small jars (3 boxes) - $30
- Over small 24 jars - absolutely just email us to receive a quote.
All our shipments are wrapped carefully to minimise damage but sometimes couriers drop boxes - it happens! If you receive a shipment with broken or leaked jars, please take a photo and send through to us, together with your details. We will gladly replace the damaged goods at our cost.
If you are located on the Mornington Peninsula only, we gladly hand deliver your order to you (minimum order 4 jars) - just use discount code FREEONPEN at checkout.
Click and collect is available at all of our markets - just use the discount code at checkout and we'll have your parcel ready to collect at the next market: ELWOOD, WILLIAMSTOWN or EMUPLAINS.
