All our shipments are wrapped carefully to minimise damage but sometimes couriers drop boxes - it happens!

If you receive a shipment with broken or leaked jars then please

• take a photo
• send it through to us within 24 hours of receipt
• we will gladly replace the damaged goods at our cost
