Unleash your inner chef: using BatchMade condiments

Hello Jam Friends, 
Sometimes you find a random jar of condiments tucked away at the back of the fridge with just a spoonful of contents left in the jar. Don’t throw away this last morsel of goodness.

What could you do with this last spoonful:
  • turn it into a dip, add it to sour cream, cream cheese or yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon
  • add to gravy, sauces or casseroles for an added flavour burst
  • use with potato or rice salads, mix with a little mayo
  • mix into your omelettes or scrambled eggs leftover chutney or relish
  • add some chutney to dough for scones,muffins or cheese biscuits
  • stir fries, anything sweet and fruity goes well
  • add a spoonful to minced meat when making rissoles or meatballs
  • make a delicious sauce for crepes or ice cream with some liqueur and jam
  • make your own sweet yoghurt with a spoonful of jam or marmalade added to greek yoghurt
