I received a batch of dried fruit steeped in Brandy from the local distillery and thought it was too good not to use. So we made nectarine chutney and added the dried cranberries, apricots and currents to the mix. The result is sublime. It makes a great addition to any charcuterie plate - take some cold meats, a bitey cheese, some of our cucumber pickles and add a small bowl of this summer chutney. The perfect combination to serve with pre-dinner drinks.
Ingredients: nectarine, brown sugar, onions, apple cider vinegar, apples, cranberries and dried fruit steeped in Brandy, salt and spices 350gms
