BatchMade was started in 2017 by myself Sam Talbot. I started small, initially being sold through one restaurant in Sorrento, Victoria and as at mid 2023 we were stocked in 40 outlets down the eastern seaboard from Bundaberg to Launceston. In particular, the brand is well known and supported on the Mornington Peninsula, where we source the fruit and vegetables primarily from and where the product is made.
Everyone loves a toastie and this is one of my favourite ones - grainy sourdough bread, smoked chicken breast, fontina cheese and BatchMade sweet chilli jam. Absolutely delicious!
